General Terms and Conditions (AGB) for Morgenland Vermietung<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Scope of Application
    These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all bookings and agreements made with Morgenland Vermietung, located at Billstra\u00dfe 118, 20539 Hamburg, Germany.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Contract Conclusion
    The contract between the guest and Morgenland Vermietung comes into effect upon the acceptance of the booking by Morgenland Vermietung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Services and Prices
    Morgenland Vermietung is obligated to keep the booked rooms available and to render the agreed services. The guest is obligated to pay the agreed prices for these services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Cancellation and No-Show
    Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation or no-show, Morgenland Vermietung reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Liability
    Morgenland Vermietung is not liable for damage to or loss of the guest's belongings unless the damage or loss was caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Morgenland Vermietung.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Data Protection
    Morgenland Vermietung observes all applicable data protection laws when handling personal data provided by the guest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Final Provisions
    Changes or additions to the contract, the acceptance of the offer or these General Terms and Conditions should be made in writing. Unilateral changes or additions by the guest are invalid.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
